Terms of Service

These terms apply to RetroZ Arcade at https://retroz.app. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
Accounts
You may browse without an account. Signing in with Google creates one, and you are responsible for what happens under it. One person, one account: do not create several accounts to farm coins, prizes or leaderboard places, and do not share or sell an account. You must be at least 13 years old to hold one.
Coins and other virtual items
- Coins have no cash value. They are a virtual in-game token, not money, credit, or property. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred out of the service, or sold, and they are not refundable.
- Prizes are coins. Community vault payouts, leaderboard rewards and daily bonuses are paid in coins and carry the same terms — winning one is not winning money.
- Coins are granted under a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them inside RetroZ Arcade. We may adjust prices, rewards and balances where needed to fix a fault, reverse an exploit, or keep the economy working, and we may retire the service or any part of it as described below.
- Cosmetic items you buy with coins are subject to the same terms as the coins that bought them.
Fair play
Scores are verified on our servers by replaying the run you submit, so a score has to be one the game could actually have produced. Do not modify the client, automate play, tamper with submissions, or use any other means to obtain coins, ranks or prizes you did not earn. We may remove scores, reverse balances, and suspend or close accounts that do.
Community content
You can publish beat maps for other players. You keep whatever rights you have in what you publish, and you give us permission to host, display and distribute it inside RetroZ Arcade for as long as it is published. Do not publish anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Players can report content, and we may remove anything that breaks these terms.
Conduct
The hall has live chat. Be civil: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam or advertising. We may restrict or close accounts that abuse it.
Advertising
The service is free and paid for by advertising. Watching a rewarded ad is optional and pays coins on completion; a partly-watched ad may pay nothing. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
Availability
RetroZ Arcade is provided as it is, without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including games, features or the coin economy, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost coins or rankings.
Ending your use
You may stop at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Coins are lost when an account closes, whichever side closes it.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and material changes will be announced inside the arcade. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.
